The Waimahia Inlet development partnership demonstrates that not-for-profit organisations can operate in a highly professional way and match commercial entities for drive, focus and outcomes. We have brought together a mix of skills and experience to create an organisation that is capable of undertaking this development programme, capable of operating at this scale, capable of delivering outcomes to the Government on time and with prudent stewardship of funds. 290 new homes are being built on this site south of Clendon, Auckland.

All of the homes in the neighborhood are now complete, including playgrounds and an early childhood education centre.

CORT’s homes at Waimahia were completed in stages between 2015 and 2018, these include twenty two 2 and 3 bedroom homes and four 2 bedroom kaumatua units.
