We choose sunny, north facing sites and focus on designing affordable homes that are warm and comfortable to live in. The new homes we build are usually in one or two storey blocks, built to a high standard and maximise available outdoor spaces. We focus on developing sites which have access to good community facilities and build at a scale which does not undermine existing neighbourhoods.
