CORT demolished the existing building and eight one-bedroom units were built in its place. The units are spread across two blocks, with two upstairs and two downstairs on each block. The units are 50-52sqm with the upper units including an additional 8sqm external deck. Ground floor apartments each have private courtyards. Community/common area with shared gardens are included at the front and in between buildings.
