ImpactLab Report
In 2023/2024, CORT worked with ImpactLab to look at the outcomes for people who have been housed by CORT. The research used anonymised data and best practice academic research to calculate the "social value" created for Aotearoa New Zealand through investment in CORT's permanent community housing and supportive landlord service. The research shows that every $1 invested in CORT results in $4.50 returned to New Zealand as a result of improved housing conditions, physical and mental health.
Beacon Reports
CORT engaged Beacon Pathway in generating reports on our new developments. Reports are conducted at least one year after tenants have been living in the units and combine general ratings on aspects of the development with tenant feedback about their home and the community they live in. The Beacon Pathway reports offer insight into the successes of the development and areas to review for future developments. With these insights CORT can continue to improve our service to provide the best housing possible for our tenants.
