Puhinui Park

CORT will take 20 new units in a new subdivision that is being delivered by Puhinui Park Limited Partnership, a consortium which is made up of the same members who delivered the successful Waimahia Inlet subdivision. Members of the consortium are CORT Commmunity Housing, Housing Foundation and Te Tumu Kainga. This development is in an ideal location; located in walking distance to the Manukau town centre and other facilities, and will be an inclusive community with affordable housing for a diverse mix of people and families.
