This is the first project of its kind, where Housing New Zealand shares a contained development with a community housing provider. The site was redeveloped by the New Zealand Housing Foundation for Housing New Zealand who retained ten of the completed units, and the remaining six one-bedroom units were purchased by CORT in April 2017.
These units have large kitchen and bathrooms, open plan living, and sunny outdoor living spaces. They have excellent transport links, including a bus stop outside the property and a short walk to the train station. New Lynn shopping centre is also a short walk away.
