CORT purchased thirteen sections in this new mixed tenure development in Hobson Point, Auckland. The townhouses have two bedrooms each, and were developed by the New Zealand Housing Foundation. They are modern and warm, with large living spaces perfect for small families. The units were completed in 2018.
